We have been in business since 2000.  There have been many challenges and changes since then.  We have remained in business by focusing on maintaing positive relationships with our clients.  A key philosophy we have is creating a happy borrower.  This is not just a cliche here but a business tactic.

My Educational Backround: Graduated Syracuse University in 1985, Graduated St. John's Law School in 1990. Admitted to the NYS BAR.

HISTORY: Early on during the refinance boom, business was relatively easy.  When that susided we focused on chapter 13 bail out loans using my experiences as a bankruptcy lawyer. As the subprime business went down recently we have turned to FHA.  We are an approved FHA broker. Please also consider us for traditional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans as well. (After you have completed a CH 13 bailout loan-these are very easy for us.) In addition we have arranged some commercial loans as well.  We'll do what ever is required.
